Both me and my wife rang this number back after it had called us earlier that day. The first time I spoke to a man, the next time a woman answered. Neither of them admitted to ringing me. When I insisted that they had, as that was why I was calling again, I was told they always call from a landline, then the call was just cut off. This number seems really dodgy to me, so I'd advise against calling it back.
