A guy with a really bad accent claimed he was calling from TalkTalk, saying there was an issue with our router and he wanted to fix it. I got to my computer ready to check, but as soon as I started to tell him everything was fine, he just cut the call. I’ve had similar calls before from people pretending to be TalkTalk, but this is the first time I bothered to look up the number.
