Fraudulent call - person alleged to represent Microsoft.

Received a call from 01189615392, and it seems it's linked to a scam operation masquerading as Virgin Media in Reading. Definitely not the sort of itch I'm keen to scratch!

Received a call the other day which was a bit odd – they didn't mention any particular name but claimed someone had purchased a train ticket using one of my accounts. If I didn’t recognise the transaction, they instructed me to hit 1 to speak with someone. Just a word of caution for everyone – stay vigilant out there!
