I've received persistent calls from this number for the past twelve months... I even registered it with the TPS but it made no difference whatsoever. Eventually, I resorted to using the call-block feature on my phone and managed to get rid of them for good. They claimed to be a company dealing with student accommodations and were trying to get in touch with a chap named Mr. Dahliwhal. I made it quite clear last year that I had no idea who he was or how to reach him!
