I rang what I thought was a company number to speak to someone specific. They never said where they were calling from though, and when I asked, they said something about Barclaycard then tried to shut the call down and hung up on me. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

I keep my landline unlisted and have never shared it with anyone. This morning around 9.40, that number called me. I didn't answer, and after waiting for a bit, the caller just dropped the call.

somebody said they were from Barclaycard but I wasnt convinced so I didn’t give out any info. then they just ended the call on me!

Got a call on my mobile, so I rang them back from my home phone, but it just kept ringing. After a bit, it sounded like it was connecting to somewhere else, a clicking noise, then the same thing would happen repeatedly. Eventually, I got a message saying the line was busy. Strange behaviour.

This number keeps ringing me on different lines, despite my efforts to block it. It’s infuriating that they persist! I can only guess that the person on the other end isn’t actually paying attention and it must be some sort of automated dialling system they’re using. Quite a nuisance, really!
