I got a call claiming to be from Barclays, saying they were checking up on my bank account. When I asked for a number to ring them back, she wouldn't give one. Then she told me to visit Barclays site and use their number checker - which didn’t work at all. After that, she said she’d give me the last 4 digits of my debit card but then just ended the call.

I received a phone call from an individual who straight away requested the 16-digit number from my Barclays card, without even inquiring about my name or any other personal information first. When I declined to provide that information, he simply suggested that I get in touch with Barclays whenever it suited me, and then abruptly ended the call.

Got a weird call - they phoned me both at my house and work, but when I tried ringing back, the line just dropped after a few rings, like 3 or 4.
