i rang the number back and found out its a scam, they're pretending to be from another company! ive told the phone company and theyre checking it out now!!

I got a call from someone claiming my national insurance number was gonna be suspended, and they told me to press 1 to chat with an officer. It sounded dodgy, so I didn’t bother.
