I got a callback from some outfit named WESTCALL, supposed to be an NHS 111 out-of-hours doc service. First call dropped out right away, so I had to ring 111 again 'cause they didn’t bother calling me back or anything, just sent a text. When the second call came through, there was complete silence on the line. No follow-up call, just another text again. After that mess, I had to contact 111 a third time, practically pleading for a doctor. Not sure if it was dodgy gear, rubbish signal, or just plain rude service. Proper frustrating! 😡
