Even though I’m on the TPS, I still got a call out of the blue. I guess they used some kind of list of solar panel owners to get my number.

Had a call from someone saying they could do home repairs, but it just didn’t feel legit - seemed like a total con to me.

I got a call from a woman claiming to be from “Green Alliance” saying there was a grant for swapping out double glazing if it was over 10 years old. Sounded fishy since she already had my postcode and the number she called from looked dodgy to me. I ended the call quick before giving her any info.

I got a call from a woman who claimed she was with Green Alliance. Turns out, she was fibbing because the real company is based in central London. Green Alliance apparently knows that scammers have been pretending to be them. My advice is, don’t trust anyone ringing from this number. Better to reach out to Green Alliance directly and let them know about these dodgy calls.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from something like ‘Green Alliance’. She asked about having solar panels, cavity wall insulation, or a relatively new front door. It all felt a bit off and she didn't come across as genuine. When I questioned her, she got quite irate and snapped, “we’re trying to help you”. I asked for her employer's name, she hesitated and just ended the call. Definitely seemed like a dodgy scam.

I answered but no one spoke, just some faint whisper saying "Eoff". When I tried to ring back, the number was unreachable and just gave that annoying ringing tone. Pretty unsettling, honestly.

rang them up but missed it, by the time i called back it said the number wasnt valid. used my mobile next but it was always busy. didnt bother with it anymore, just blocked the number. there’s gotta be some reason why they won’t answer. someone mentioned on here they were from Reading.
