got a call from some robot voice saying it's bt and that my ip address was at risk or something. its clear bt wouldnt ring you up about stuff like that - total scam right there. just hung up straight away, same old routine. honestly wish there was a way to hang up on these scammers instead!

I received a rather mechanical voice on the line claiming to be from BT, informing me that my IP address had been compromised. However, given that BT’s official website states they’d never reach out like that, it was obviously a scam. I promptly hung up to avoid any further nonsense.
