Got a call from a friendly lady, sounded like she might be from Birmingham or somewhere close. She rang out of the blue, chatting about some new funds in banks related to PPI compensation. She asked if I had any loans, a mortgage or credit cards, and honestly, she sounded a bit let down when I said no and wasn’t interested in her help to claim anything back.
