Kinda freaked me out. When I picked up, there was music playing softly and no one said a word for a bit, then suddenly they just hung up.

A few years back, I got loft insulation done and they claimed it was faulty, but it definitely wasn’t. What caught me off guard was that the bloke had an English accent, which seemed a bit odd for this kind of call. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
