Got a call from some marketing firm claiming they could help sort out my timeshare issues. Seemed like another sales pitch to me, nothing more. Not sure if they were legit or just trying to sell something useless.

some woman kept ringing me claiming to be from some eu holiday company (after reading others comments, they clearly cant settle on who she’s actually working for). she said cic was in admin and they could get my money back. i told her i'd heard about the pause in their ops and that i'd check with membership support first. then she got a bit cheeky and pushy. i just said thanks for calling and hung up. had loads of calls like this lately, so i’ve just blocked the number now.

Got a call from someone who said Club La Costa went into administration last Friday. They mentioned they’d been sending me emails regularly about it. I told them I was already in touch with them and thanked them for letting me know, then ended the call.

Got a phone call from this number earlier. A woman claimed she was handling the giving up of my timeshare and mentioned that Club La Costa had altered their registration with Companies House to a private limited company. She also said they had dismissed their entire sales team and shifted their operations to Turkey, pulling out of the European market altogether. I told her I'd confirm this directly with Club La Costa, and she said she'd ring me back tomorrow. Pretty clear to me that it's a scam!

I phoned and popped it on voicemail, then suddenly, the call just dropped straight away. Weird!

Save yourself the hassle and cash, these folks won’t sort out your timeshare problems. Best to chat with a solicitor instead.

I answered a call from these lot once and they just kept yammering away, never telling me how they even got my number. Turns out they're former workers from timeshare firms who nicked your info when they got sacked. They don’t directly ask for cash but promise to help get your money back if you hand over your timeshare to them. Basically, they end up owning it if you agree. Don’t bother replying, it’s a waste of time.

Got two calls from them earlier today but no voicemail left, and now I can’t get through when I try to call back.

I got calls from them a few times today, like three in total. Each time, no answer and they never leave a message. Then when I try calling back, it’s like they’ve vanished or something. Really frustrating!

On the 20th of May, I noticed I'd missed 3 calls from this number and chose not to return them. When I looked it up later on this site, it showed up 11 times in the search log. Seems like it's likely someone I don't wanna deal with.
