3 yearsGot a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming to be from Better Homes, asking about some repair work that wasn’t finished. She seemed to think I was a tenant with a housing association. She mentioned compensation for the poor jobs and then started asking if I owed any money and wanted the first line of my address. Said she was ringing from an overseas call centre. I told her she should let her bosses know that this sort of call is likely unlawful, and she hung up straight away.
