Got a call claiming it was about my 02 business phone. Lucky for me, I actually work at 02. I asked her if she was with 02, and she insisted it was about my 02 phone. Ended the call then and there.

Hey, got a call from an 02 number and the guy claimed I was eligible for a business upgrade, saying they’d noticed I was a small business and self employed. No idea how they could possibly know about my business info. Whether that’s true or not, my phone’s already on a business plan, so I’m pretty sure it was just some kind of scam. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

They rang me but just hung up straight away. Tried to call back, but the line wouldn’t go through at all.

They rang me just as I was having lunch but didn’t leave any voicemail. When I tried to ring back, the number wasn’t even valid. Sounds like another one of those PPI claim firms just trying to take advantage, if you ask me.

I received a call from someone claiming to have details regarding an incident that supposedly happened at my address. When I inquired, "Which address do you mean?" they provided a location. I responded, "I don't reside there," to which they followed up with, "Ah, your old address then?" I promptly stated, "I haven't been involved in any accident," and before I could say anything further, they just hung up. The caller had a distinctly northern accent, likely from Newcastle or thereabouts...

Rang me at 14:39 on my personal mobile. The caller wanted to address me by my full name. Upon saying 'that's me', they hung up abruptly. I redialled the number right away, but was met with a voicemail that had an American accent, stating that the number was not in service. Quite peculiar!

Received a call from this number, they hung up rather abruptly. When I tried to call back just ten seconds later, it said the number was out of service. The caller said hello, but it was obvious they were trying to sell something, not a mistake in dialling, before they abruptly disconnected the line.
