If what folks are saying here is true, like it’s some kind of care line, telecare or a fall alert service, then why didnt anyone pick up the phone the first time I rang? When I tried again, someone answered but just hung up straight away. Third call, no reply at all. I’m definately thinking this has nothing to do with what people are claiming it is.
