On 23rd September 2020, a chap named Matthew rang me about some loft insulation work that supposedly caused condensation issues under a government programme. Thing is, we never had any insulation done at all. Then, without a word, 'Matthew' just ended the call. We live in Reading and, unsurprisingly, the number he called from turned out to be bogus.

I remembered getting loft insulation done a few years back. The caller mentioned there were some concerns about condensation and offered a free survey. He asked if I’d had wall insulation put in and about my age. Then he said there was nothing I needed to do right now, but he could set up a survey for me. Right after that, the line went dead.

Got a call from a robot about some loft insulation issue, but we never even put any in! Completely annoying.
