On the 23rd of September 2020, a chap named Matthew rang us regarding the loft insulation installation linked to the government initiative. He mentioned it might lead to condensation issues. However, we never got that insulation fitted. Quite abruptly, 'Matthew' ended the call. We're located in Reading, and naturally, the phone number was not valid.

I remembered that I'd had loft insulation fitted a few years back. They mentioned something about having seen condensation issues and offered me a complimentary survey. They inquired whether I had wall insulation as well as my age. After saying that there’s no action required on my part since he could sort the survey out, he abruptly hung up on me.

I received a recorded message regarding an issue with loft insulation that we've never had put in place. Quite baffling, to be honest!
