I noticed a £4.50 charge from Clausia Fze on my bill, so I rang Three. They did refund me but also gave me a number to ring back. When I spoke to a woman there, she had no clue what the £4.50 was about, saying she handles subs for loads of different providers. Definitely feels like a total rip-off to me.

01183244336.clausia has been taking £4.50 every week off me for a service I never signed up for and have no clue about. Now my bill’s gone up by £9 a month. How do these companies even get our phone numbers? It’s really unfair and someone really needs to put a stop to this kind of rip-off, they’re just milking people’s money.

Got a message on the 1st saying I was signed up to something called 'Clausia' which I’d never heard of or agreed to. Had a look at my phone bill and saw a £4.50 charge even tho I have a spending cap on my account. I cancelled the subscription and rang Three. They told me it’s from a third party and that even with the cap, these dodgy charges can still get through. Three did refund me, but honestly the networks should be doing way more to stop this - it’s too simple for scammers to take advantage.

Got a text too saying they’ll be charging me £4.50 every week. Definitely sounds like a scam to me, I’ll be giving 3 a ring to check it out.

Got a message from this number at 22:22 on 1st Jan 2017. Judging by what others are saying, looks like I’ll have to call EE later today. Bring on 2017 I guess.

01183244336 - just like others mentioned here, I got a text on New Years day about a £4.50 weekly subscription fee. I also got a confirmation text saying I unsubscribed, but still planning to ring EE to sort it out. Its really worrying how you can end up signed up to these things without realising and they just take money from your bank.

Got a message from them saying they took £4.50 from my account. Brilliant. Guess I’ll have to ring EE first thing tomorrow to sort it out.

This is ridiculous. I never agreed to any of this, yet somehow they keep taking £4.50 out of my bank every week and then pull more when I ask them to quit. Absolutely disgraceful.

I got a message saying I’d signed up to Clausia Fze charging me £4.50 weekly, but I never did. So, I called my mobile network, 3. The first person on the line tried calling them and wanted me to give my info to Clausia Fze, but I wasn’t having it - told them it smelt like a scam. I just asked to cancel my 3 account instead. They quickly unsubscribed me and sorted everything out, which was a relief.

I called my mobile network (Three) after getting a message saying I'd signed up for Clausia Fze at £4.50 weekly, which I never did. The first person on the line tried to contact them and suggested I talk to Clausia Fze myself, sharing my info. I said no way, thinking it was a scam, and asked to close my Three account instead. They instantly cancelled the subscription and handled everything for me.

On the 27/12/16 I got a txt from a number I didn’t know. I called my provider EE, and they were a bit helpful. They said to text STOP back to that number. They also gave me an email to ask for a refund. EE have now blocked my account so it shouldn’t happen again.

Got a text from clausia fze the same time last night. Looked at my phone bill and £4.50 was taken. Spoke to Virgin and they said it's definitely a scam. They told me to text STOP and keep the reply for a week. Virgin promised to refund me but as of now, it's still showing on my bill along with the 20p for the STOP message. I'll call Virgin again today and try to update. I don’t visit dodgy websites or open random emails, so if this happened to me, it could happen to anyone.

It’s crazy how mobile networks pretty much hand over your bank details to scammers. Virgin was totally aware clausia fze was dodgy yet still allowed them to get into my phone.

Hey, just had the exact same issue with that Claudia fze number charging me £4.50 every week. I called my carrier, 3 mobile, and they gave me a refund straight away. They told me to send a stop text to cancel it, and said it wasn’t really a scam but that I probably clicked a dodgy link on Facebook since my number was visible there. I’ve now taken my number off Facebook just to be safe.

Clausia fze suddenly messaged me outta nowhere sayin they’d charge me £4.50 a week. Don’t know who they are or how they got my number. Tried sortin it with the phone company but took ages and they couldn’t help much. Really didn’t need this stress as a student already struggling with debt. Fingers crossed I don’t get billed next week.

I was hit with a charge of £9. On the 3rd, I reached out to the call centre, and the operator Waseem was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t get in touch with that number anymore. It’s utterly disgraceful!

Got charged for a clausia fze sms subscription, rang 3 (my network) and they told me to contact clausia fze to get my money back. Spent 30 minutes on hold but nobody picked up. 3 just shifted all blame onto clausia fze, who seem dodgy, and wouldn’t handle anything themselves. This is the second time in a year 3 have washed their hands of stuff like this. Honestly, looking out for everyone - stay away from 3.
