I couldn't agree more, what a bunch of clowns! They tout on their site about their so-called friendly and professional team, yet my experience was anything but professional. After losing my job, I took a loan from them to avoid any added stress, and when I didn’t pick up their incessant calls, I simply settled the debt once I secured new employment. But this bloke, Richard, he seemed rather desperate to reach me. He left a voicemail that came across as incredibly unprofessional and rather pompous-felt like giving him a piece of my mind, to be honest!
