Got a call from this woman, not sure if she was meant to be Asian, called herself Janet and claimed to be from BT. She was rambling on about billing changes and some new prices that would supposedly save me money next month. I made sure to keep her chatting for ages, asking her for my full name two times but didn’t give it. Then she just cut the call. Total scam, I have zero accounts with BT! Another dodgy number trying to pull a fast one.
