Got a call about insulation and the voice seemed proper real, had a bit of a Cockney twang to it. But I think it was just some AI bot messing about, coz it spoke right over my voicemail message. It asked me something about my insulation and when I didn't say anything, it just cut off the call. Total scam, I'd say.

I got a call from someone saying they were Energy Advisors. They told me my loft insulation was causing lung problems, according to their database. When I asked how they knew that or where they got the info, they just wouldn’t say. Then they asked if I was aged between 45 and 79. I asked why that mattered for my insulation, and they just hung up on me. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
