Today my landline rang from this number, which is unusual as I rarely get calls on it. After a dodgy insulation call last night, I thought I’d let the answerphone deal with this one. As soon as the machine started, the caller just hung up. It’s a bit suspicious to have two calls from different numbers within a day, especially after seeing others mention similar scams about insulation. I’m convinced this number and the one from last night are connected to the same con. I’m going to block both and let my answerphone handle any future calls.
