A really pushy and unpleasant lady named Pippa Smith rang up insisting she needed to talk to the MD, claiming he had asked her to call. Trouble was, she was actually speaking with a different Director - who’s also the MD’s wife. She got quite hostile when told we weren’t interested and saw she wouldn’t get anywhere. Completely irritating woman.

Another bloody annoying caller being all uppity, wanting to chat with the managing director. When I say he isn't around or ask what it’s about, they just say they'll call or email him. Of course, nothing ever comes of it. Just a regular nuisance every few weeks, really wasting my time.

Got a call from RedCare asking for the boss. When I asked what it was about, the person on the phone just said my boss would know. I put them on hold to check with my boss, who had no clue what call they were on about. When I tried to get back to the caller, the line was dead - RedCare had already hung up.

Got a really pushy bloke asking for the manager, kept telling us to swap phone lines. He said he’d talked to us earlier and we couldn’t afford it then, so that’s why he was “calling again”. Proper annoying and got quite nasty once we said we weren’t interested in changing.

Some guy asked for my boss by name - i told him he wasn't here (which he really wasnt) and asked if i could take a message - then he got all rude saying he'd already left a message, which I doubt is true - he hung up before I could get his name or number - did 1471 and checked online, seems lots of others had the same issue.

Some bloke knew our managing director's name and mentioned they'd already left a message. It was brief but not unpleasant.

Got a call again this week from the same firm - exact same spiel as before. Last time they said they spoke with the MD, which I doubt is true. They wouldn't share any details and promised to email me, but I never got anything. I've told them twice now to stop calling without permission, but they just keep at it. Just wondering - why on earth would a company MD give a toss about phone bills anyway?

Get a call nearly every day from Redcare trying to reach our MD, but they got the name wrong the first few times. Whenever I say the MD isn’t free, they just say "no worries, I’ll send him an email" - which they never actually do! They won’t give me any other details except that they’re chasing up on something the MD discussed with them last year. Proper frustrating!

Redcare - they called me and got the MD’s name completely wrong to start with, then wouldn’t answer any of my questions about why they were ringing. Said they spoke to the MD last year but he says he’s never heard of them. When I told them this, they said I was being rude and unprofessional and just ended the call. Seriously unbelievable.
