total scam, the person said they were from bt and told me my broadband speed was too slow. funny, we don't even have bt! when i asked them to prove how they had that info, they just cut me off. suspicious behaviour if you ask me.

If random numbers had to say who they were before ringing, at least we’d know what we’re dealing with. This one seemed like one of those dodgy broadband scams. Just another one I’m blocking now.
