My broadband was running slow so I answered when someone said they were from BT Openreach and wanted to fix it. I ended up letting them open TeamViewer on my laptop, but I didn’t give them control. I just hung up before things got dodgy. Later on, they kept calling back from different numbers trying to get through again.

some bloke rang me claiming he was from open reach, but i knew it was a scam so i just told him to **** off and ended the call. he called me again from another number but this time i just let the phone ring on the table and walked off, then he gave up and hung up.
