Got a call really early, like 7.50am, from a woman who sounded foreign claiming she was from BT Open Reach. I just hung up straight away. We've had calls from numbers like this before and always let them go to voicemail, but never got a single message. We aren't even with BT ourselves, and while Open Reach does manage the main lines, I can't see why they'd ring so early in the morning! That’s well before normal office hours. If this really is a BT number, they might want to rethink when their staff are allowed to call folks.
