Got one of those dodgy BT internet calls, all automated and trying to scam me. Watch out, it's definitely a phoney!

Got a call saying I supposedly bought train tickets, then told to press 1 if I hadn’t. Definitely a scam.

Had a call from BT OpenReach saying they were checking my internet connection. I told them I’m with Virgin, so they might want to try somewhere else. When I told him to “do one,” he just dropped the call. Bit disappointing, really!

This morning at 9 o'clock, I received a call from a gentleman with a thick accent claiming to be from Microsoft regarding my computer issues. I didn’t hesitate to disconnect the call without any further conversation.

Phone rang on my landline, but my answer machine picks up right away and the person on the other end just cut off straight away. Real callers always leave a voice message. So yeah, I'm convinced this was a dodgy call.
