Had a call from someone called Leo claiming to be from BT, but his accent was really odd. He couldn’t verify any of my account or security info, which was a bit suspicious. Then he started saying I needed to have my router checked because my internet speed was supposedly dropping. He even warned me they might just cut off my internet if I didn’t sort it out. Quite worrying!

Got a call from someone pretending to be from BT broadband, saying my internet speed had issues. I told them everything seemed okay on my end, then they said they needed to get into my system to fix it. I told them I don't entertain random cold calls and ended the chat. Also, their accent was definitely not from Stirling.
