Got a ring from a woman with a weird accent claiming she was from BT. Apparently, they've been "monitoring" my internet speed for a few days and said it’s not performing properly. Then she asked if I knew how to check it myself. Honestly, I just told her to sort it on the computer! Anyone else get calls like this? Bet BT wouldn’t actually call you directly!
