It’s a total scam! The moment we decided not to play along, they turned nasty and started hurling insults at us.

In the span of a fortnight, we've received four calls from these individuals. I reached out to TalkTalk, and they confirmed it's a scam, which is absolutely outrageous! How infuriating!
