Got a call from a number claiming to be BT. They said my broadband would be cut off due to some technical problem unless I rang them back. Problem is, I haven’t had BT broadband for over a year now. Feels like someone’s somehow got hold of BT’s info or maybe their records got leaked or sold. Pretty obvious it’s a scammer trying to trick people into paying a premium rate.
