They ring me like four times every day, sometimes the last numbers change a bit but you can tell it’s the same call centre. I keep blocking them but they always find a way back through. It’s proper annoying!

Got a call from an Asian guy with loads of noise in the background. He told me I was the first polite person he’d spoken to, which made me suspicious straight away. I ended the call and blocked the number, but they’ve rang me three times today already, even though it’s on my blocked list. Now I’m just blocking any number starting with 0117 because I reckon they’ve got loads of different numbers. That same bloke said the exact same thing on other calls I got too.

Some bloke claimed to be from a survey company, wanting me to confirm some old info. I wasn’t interested. The person on the other end sounded like a young Asian guy, speaking English that was hard to understand. The line was awful, loads of background noise. I told him to stop as I was busy, but he kept pushing me to move fast. I said I couldn’t talk right then, and he just hung up. Proper rude, irritating, and pushy. I’ve blocked the number now.

On the 29th April 2022 at about 9.54am I let the call go unanswered. Lately, I've had loads of calls from Bristol numbers. The first time I did pick up, a woman with a strong accent was really thankful I was being polite, but she kept pausing to listen to a guy with a thick accent talking loudly behind her. I ended the call straight away. Now I’m ignoring any calls starting with 0117 and have blocked this number.

I've received two calls from this number today, spaced about half an hour apart. The first was from a woman, followed by a chap on the second. Both times, there was an absolute racket in the background, resembling a call centre - it was so chaotic that I struggled to catch what they were on about. When I piped up saying, "I can’t hear you properly," both of them promptly hung up! I’m fairly certain this was some sort of dodgy scam. The only reason I picked up was that it looked like a local Bristol number, where I happen to reside.

Today, I received a rather odd phone call from an individual who had either an Indian or Pakistani accent. He began bombarding me with various personal inquiries. I chose to terminate the conversation when he refused to reveal his identity or the organisation he represented. It felt rather suspicious, to say the least!

They phoned again, and this time when I told them I run a pet crematorium, they just ended the call. Maybe next time I’ll tell them I offer support for people struggling with suicidal feelings! Honestly, it’s just loads of scammers pretending to be from some National Survey.

picked up the phone, was an indian guy pretending to be john (i think) from the uk. he started by saying he’d ask me just three questions, but then went on with about eight. one of the final ones was asking what the date was today! he kept going on about investments too, so it’s pretty clear this is some dodgy investment scam. he even used a bristol number, which is where hargreaves lansdown have their offices. honestly, i’d warn anyone to stay well clear of these scams. they’ll take all your money if you’re not careful.

Some woman with a foreign accent called me up asking if I was someone else. I asked her pretty sharply who she was, and then she just cut the call off! I've gone ahead and blocked that number now.

Picked up the phone when this number rang, but no one said a word so I just ended the call. Pretty annoying nuisance really.

They asked who they were speaking to, I gave my name, they asked me to confirm it twice, and after that, they just hung up on me.
