They’re clearly snooping for your personal information. At times, they might inquire whether you happen to have a will, and other times, they might dangle ridiculously cheap broadband deals in front of you. Just cut to the chase-tell them where to stick it and hang up the phone!

I got a call supposedly from my bank the other day, but it felt like a total scam. I’ve had a few missed calls from this number, which seems to be based in Pontypridd. I never pick up calls from unknown numbers and they didn’t bother to leave a message either. Tried looking it up online before thinking about ringing back but couldn’t find anything useful. Has anyone else answered this? Who even calls from here?
