I received a call from a gentleman with a noticeable Asian accent, inquiring about any unsecured financial obligations I might have. He insisted that his firm, supposedly affiliated with the government, was offering a programme that could slash my debts in half. Quite the intriguing proposition, I must say!

Called me and just hung up straight away when I picked up.
