Received a dodgy call the other day!

Received a call just now. I didn't answer and have decided to block the number. Thought it worthwhile to document this for anyone else who might encounter the same.

This isn't the first time I've received such a call, and each occasion I've hurriedly answered it, hoping for a connection since I was anticipating a call from an 0117 number. To my irritation, there's never anyone on the line. Quite frustrating, really!

The answering machine picked up the call, but they ended the conversation without so much as a word.

Once more, it appears we've been subjected to another energy fraud! My husband picked up the phone only to be met with the all-too-familiar drivel of, 'Hello, I’m Luke, your local energy consultant.' When he inquired about our address, the chap was completely stumped. So much for being ‘local’, right? I'm simply exasperated with these incessant nuisance calls that plague us daily!

I’ve been receiving two or three calls each day from various numbers associated with the same company. I’ve chosen to ignore them, yet they continue to bombard me without respite. It’s quite frustrating!

Claimed to be ringing up on behalf of my nearby energy supplier. I didn’t stick around for any further conversation – just another dodgy sales scam!

Could someone please intervene with Twillio Ireland Ltd regarding the incessant stream of fraudulent calls? We’re on the TPS list and are quite fed up with these bothersome intrusions. Every day brings a new number, yet it’s the same scammers at the helm. It's utterly ridiculous! We do not appreciate this egregious behaviour and demand a halt to such non-compliant disturbance.

Hadn’t a clue about this number, so I answered it and then quickly ended the call!

Received a call from an unfamiliar number, so I let the answering machine do its job. They didn’t leave a message, which makes me think it’s probably a nuisance call or some sort of scam. Seeing as we're registered with TPS, they really ought to know better than to ring us!
