I got a call from this Bristol number +44 117 463 7118 but I didn’t pick up since I suspected it was one of those dodgy scam calls.

I tried ringing back using the 141 code, but as soon as someone picked up, there was this weird buzzing sound for like a quarter of a second, maybe a person on the line? Then they cut off straight away. Definitely didn’t seem like a call worth my time.
