It was clearly a call centre I was dealing with. In the background, I could distinctly hear someone else inquiring, “Is that Mrs ***?” A foreign woman with limited English then proceeded to ask for a name that didn’t belong to anyone I know. When I informed her that there was no one by that name here, she simply ended the call without another word. Quite the experience, really!

It's a rather shoddy operation with little credible information to show for themselves. They seemed more interested in prying into my heating details rather than providing any genuine service.
