Someone called me claiming to be David Mark from Three's dispatch team, supposedly sorting out a sim card delivery. When I asked for my full name as a security check, he completely ignored it three times and instead kept pushing me to give him a one-time passcode linked to my account. It was clear he was a third party trying to use that code to get into my Three account, possibly to grab info or set up contracts without my permission. His name was David Mark, but he spoke with an Indian accent, so definitely not who he claimed to be.
