I received a call from a company claiming to be Eco Property about a loft insulation survey, asserting that these assessments should be done regularly. The caller wouldn't acknowledge the fact that we don’t even possess a loft, and continued droning on about the so-called survey. Eventually, I had to raise my voice to get through to him that he was utterly disregarding what I was saying, at which point he swiftly ended the conversation. Unbelievably, I've now endured four of these calls from them. They clearly have our names and number since they addressed me personally when I called to inform them that we are registered with the Telephone Preference Service. This seems to be a blatant violation of the Data Protection Act, as I never consented to them storing any of our information.
