Received a rather dubious call from an unidentified insurance broker who insisted we were bound by some sort of contract. When I sought to terminate this supposed agreement, he flatly refused and wouldn’t entertain any dialogue with my bank. He kept insisting on payment, which left me feeling utterly defeated until I eventually hung up. I've since informed the bank about this unsettling experience.
