Somebody called me claiming my computer had been hacked. I asked if they needed me to let them in, and the woman, who said her name was Abbey (definitely not her real name), sounded offended when I spoke to her like that. When I repeated the question, she got mad and snapped, “Oh what, next I’m going to ask for your bank info and steal all your cash?” I asked if that was going to happen next and she lost it, telling me to “f**k off you b****”. I replied, “Alright then, have a good day,” and she shouted back, “f**k off you f**king b****,” before hanging up. Did I handle this wrong?
