I initially brushed this off, but then I had a chat with a fellow named Nick. This firm purports to be an official Orange retailer and had a surprising amount of information regarding my account. After a productive half-hour conversation, Nick managed to reduce my Orange plan by a tenner a month and set me up with a new phone. Normally, I’m quite hesitant about these phone dealings, but he came across as a genuinely amiable bloke who addressed all my enquiries with ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to consider this company again come next year!

At the start of March, Nick got in touch with my partner, claiming to represent Orange, and launched into a rather aggressive pitch for a mobile phone contract upgrade. After feeling rather overwhelmed by the sales tactics, she reluctantly agreed, only to realise just five minutes later that it wasn't the right decision and called back to cancel. Unfortunately, that cancellation didn’t go through, unsurprisingly, and the shiny new phone showed up at our door. For the past few days, she's been in a bit of a pickle, trying to sort this mess out. It’s worth noting that Nick processes these upgrades through E2Save, which, as you may know, is linked with Carphone Warehouse. The crux of it all is that neither Orange nor Carphone Warehouse can untangle this situation without Nick's involvement, which is baffling given that Orange supposedly operates the network. Moreover, to add insult to injury, my partner’s existing SIM card was abruptly deactivated in the midst of a hectic Saturday night while she was on her own. I'm certainly grateful to the kind stranger who lent her their phone, enabling me to find her. I wouldn’t hesitate to advise anyone thinking about working with Nick and his questionable enterprise, Mobile Phone Business, to consider the potential risks to their partner's safety first.

I’ve just chosen to overlook this matter.

I've been inundated with calls from this particular number, receiving as many as eight attempts daily for the past week! Strangely enough, every time I pick up, there's absolute silence on the other end. I even tried returning the call, but it seems like they don't accept incoming calls whatsoever. Quite baffling, really!

I've been inundated with five bothersome calls from a chap named Nick and his band of not-so-jolly salespeople, all claiming to represent Orange as certified resellers. They're merely extensions of Car Phone Warehouse and are operating with a heap of outdated and incorrect information, particularly regarding my details. To be blunt, I have zero interest in their pushy sales tactics. It's not just an utter waste of my time; it’s a right pain in the neck. After scanning through the other remarks here, it appears they’ve got a tendency to be quite dodgy. My advice? Start billing them for the time they've wasted (I certainly have), and if they ignore you, take them to small claims court for non-payment. Watching their credit ratings take a dive will surely be a sight to behold.
