Someone called me earlier pretending they were with a crime prevention programme. Seemed a bit dodgy if you ask me.

Called by this number, they somehow knew my street and that I’m over 60??? They claimed the council was organising some emergency contact thing. I told them 999’s meant for emergencies and my son’s still living with me, then they just hung up on me.
