I’ve heard Bristol’s got loads of call centres, and sometimes they do that multi dial thing where you pick up and there’s silence before someone talks - but this one doesn’t seem like that at all. So I just blocked and deleted it. Also, I’ve noticed a few numbers I’ve blocked still somehow end up calling me again, like how even? Really weird!
