Got an email saying we'd just renewed our Norton Lifelock subscription for £420 through PayPal. There weren’t any links to a legit website or anything like that. At the end of the message it showed a contact: support +44 0117 318 4950 Pretty obvious scam in my opinion - sounds like they’re trying to trick people into giving their debit card details for a fake refund. I doubt Norton even offers a phone number like that themselves!

The caller had a strong foreign accent and kept messing up both mine and my husband’s names. Their English was pretty rough, made me think it was some kind of scam. We just cut the call straight away.

I think it was a bloke with an Indian accent trying to pitch some bitcoin trading scheme.

Got a call from 0117 318 3011 today, it rang three times and then just cut out. No message or anything left on the voicemail either. Quite annoying!
