I received an automated call claiming I was entitled to a refund for a monthly charge I'd already settled. When I connected with an advisor, they requested my account information. I inquired if they also required my security code, to which they replied it wasn't necessary. The moment I heard that, I promptly ended the call. Nice attempt, pal - caller: Bank.
