Answered the call but it was clearly a call centre on the other end. They hung up quickly. Seems rather suspicious to me, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

Yeah, absolutely. You really don’t have to ring up and renew if you’re already with them and want to continue, they handle it all themselves. If you do phone, they’ll try to charge you extra. It’s a total rip-off and I’m definitely going to report it.

Go Skippy insurance keep ringing me non stop even after ive switched to a new policy with them. Funny thing is I had to use comparethemarket to actually find a better deal coz when I tried renewing on the phone they were gonna add admin fees that pushed the price up like 20%. Ridiculous. Service is terrible but they are the cheapest option for legal cover alongside car insurance for me so i'm sticking with them for now.
