Well, considering the lady knew I wasn't at fault in the crash and she claimed to be from some "legal department," it really makes you question a few things. For starters, they won't say where the accident happened, and I’ve no idea who took my keys to report the car either. Plus, the way the AA just hung up on me right in the middle of our chat was pretty rude. If I were them, I'd be worried about how it makes them look.
