This really seems like one of those dodgy spam calls, if you ask me.

Got a call saying I qualified for a government grant to get insulation done, but it turned out to be a total rip-off. Definitely a scam trying to get your money. Watch out, don’t fall for it!

Got a call from a bloke the other day trying to sell me a fridge, I told him I wasn’t interested. Then a couple days later, a woman rang about a TV and I gave her the same reply. These calls have been coming in quite a bit recently.

Got a call about loft insulation, told them I already sorted it, but they just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Total scam, really annoying.

I’m quite unsure whether this might be a dodgy scheme or not. I couldn't locate any information categorising this number as a cold caller, so I decided to ring back. To my surprise, I was greeted by a recorded voice that thanked me for my call and prompted me to press a button to opt out-though it conveniently neglected to specify what I was opting out of. I'm baffled as to how this could serve the scammers' purposes, but I reckon it’s wise to steer clear of pressing any keys, or even returning the call altogether, as it might lead to some extortionately priced line. Better safe than sorry, I’d say!
