The first call came from 01942 917144, which is a Wigan area code, but I’ve got no one from Wigan that I know, so that one got blocked as well.

So this lady kept asking me what windows I'd get replaced if I had a grand. I told her I wasn’t interested and didn’t have time for the chat. She kept going on, so in the end, I just ended the call. Blocked the number after that.

Got a call from an Asian woman saying I could get £1,000 for doing up my house. I didn’t waste time on it, worried it might be some sneaky charge just for picking up. Best to just ignore it, pretty sure it’s one of those scams. The number showed up as being from Bristol, UK.

The caller sounded like they might be from a call centre in the Philippines, judging by their accent. I’m not completely certain what the survey was about, but the mention of a £1000 prize draw definitely piqued my interest enough to listen in!

I didnt pick up when they rang, but figured I’d try calling back since every review counts. An American woman came on with a recorded message asking me to leave a message with my name, phone number, and email if I wanted to opt out. Then she told me to have a great day and the call ended straight away. Honestly, I’d say it’s best not to answer or ring this number at all.
